Originated in the highlands of Ethiopia, Arabica coffee is the first and most popular species of coffee to be cultivated. Due to its sensitivity to hot and humid conditions, they are grown at high altitudes to get higher quality when roasted.

The Arabica beans need a careful roasting process to unlock their aroma and flavour. Once roasting, however, we have to do as quickly as possible before the fresh roast flavor begins to diminish.

A Disability Resolution, P.A. front office staff member will be present at this office from 9-12 every Monday. This office only caters to homeless individuals, and provides many other services, such as clothing, food, and showers.

Our coffee is grown in tropical and equatorial regions where it is always spring or summer. It takes eight or nine months for coffee flowers to become such delicious fruit: deep red, shiny and plump like cherries.
